- Beer based sorbet: Base Happy Hour 150 g + sugar 150 g + Beer 1 liter;
- Wine based sorbet: Base Happy Hour 150 g + zucchero 150g + Wine (Vol 12%) 500 ml + water 500 ml;
- Alcoholic coktail sorbet: Base Happy Hour 150g + sugar 150 g + Spirit (Vol 40%) 125 ml + acqua 875 ml.
